- Fulfill all commitments made to your fans
- Report any violations you observe on the platform
6. Fan Responsibilities
As a fan on Fanzzo, you agree to:
- Not redistribute or share purchased content
- Treat influencers with respect
- Not engage in harassment or abusive behavior
- Only make purchases you intend to honor
7. Payments and Fees
Fanzzo facilitates payments between fans and influencers. By using our payment services:
- Influencers agree to our commission structure as outlined in the Influencer Agreement
- All sales are final unless otherwise specified
- Fanzzo reserves the right to withhold payments for policy violations
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your earnings
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you create. By uploading to Fanzzo, you grant us a license to display and distribute your content on our platform. You may not use Fanzzo's trademarks, logos, or branding without permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
10. Disclaimers
Fanzzo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will be error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
Fanzzo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
12. Changes to Terms
