Fanzzo respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on Fanzzo in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our DMCA Agent with the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the platform (please provide URLs);
  4. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Warning: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent with the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number;
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Fanzzo may be found;
  6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Fanzzo has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the platform and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Fanzzo reserves the right to modify, alter, or add to this policy, and all users should regularly check back for updates.
